On February 11 it will be The World Day of the Sick. So what does this mean? It doesn't mean we are celebrating sickness rather its a way of celebrating life.
This day should be used as a reflection of our health as well as others and how we must help each other especially in times of sickness. It's a time to remember God's love and the power of healing in times of sickness.
Isn't it weird that sometimes sickness brings people together but it shouldn't always be like that. If we took care of one another and looked out for each other then we could somehow prevent some types of sicknesses or at least lessen the prolongs of it.
God gave us this life for a reason and he gave us salvation through his son Jesus Christ. Although we are not perfect and we will never be in this world since we are all sinners, the least we can do is try to live a worthy life and change our bad habits that can not only destroy our own lives, but the ones who love us too.
Life is a test and each day is a lesson learned. We weren't born perfect but if we continue to learn from life then we will eventually gain the wisdom we need to fall into the likeliness that God intended us to be with a heart of Gold!

Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent forth His word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. Psalm 107:19-20
