There is still some time left to join the 2013 Slim down Contest but you only have until October 21st to send it and they must recieve it by October 29th. The Grand Prize winner gets $10,000 but don't do it for the money do it for your health. Think of all the health education you will gain that will set you to a lifelong journey of nourshing and caring for your beautiful temple.
You have to submit a video and picture of yourself telling them why you want to join. Try to send it priority mail with a confirmation number so it gets to them faster and you have proof that you sent it on time.
I wish I could join the contest but I don't think I would survive being away from my children for one week if they choose me to be a contestant. I think I'm doing my own challenge at home but I won't mention anything until I start or at least have a plan. Or who knows, maybe I'll decide to join the H.E.B.
